Before y'all get your panties in a bunch, the service making these calls(Meyers Teleservice) was hired by the Obama campaign. Plus until this week, national media sources(including New York Times) listed Sunday as our caucus date.
Probably not a dirty trick, just dumb mistakes all around.
And also, read down slog a little bit further to discover that you've already been scooped.
yet another dumb mistake by the obama campaign. not worth my vote. and if the obama supporters are stupid enough not to know when the actual caucus date is (feb. 10th) then you probably don't deserve to vote.
CAUCUS ON FEB. 10th!
I'm still waiting for my absentee caucusing ballot to arrive in the mail.
Can we confirm anna@1's info? Because if so...
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
...to both the Stranger and the Obama conspiracy theorists (yes, yes, not all Obama supporters, I know- most are fine peeps... I don't even use the O****ton word anymore...)
D'oh Bama!
OK, maybe I should go put up those Caucus signs for tomorrow (Saturday) 1pm today ...
lol@7
Man, you were all REALLY quick to jump to the conspiracy theories... I liked reading all the other comments stating whether it was "most likely the GOP" or "most likely the Clintons"... when the first assumption should have always been "most likely an honest mistake, but what if..."
Why is this so difficult? Until about 24 hours ago, the NY Times had the dates for the R primary and the D caucus reversed. #1 notes that they also had the caucus date as Feb 9 at some point. What the hell?
Oh and #3, "if the obama supporters are stupid enough not to know when the actual caucus date is (feb. 10th) then you probably don't deserve to vote."
So I take it you won't be caucusing on February 9th?
