If you have to pay Christian students to see your Creationist-themed movie, it's gotta suck real bad.

All these years I've been fooled into thinking that Ben Stein actually had a brain. Silly me; now I feel like an idiot. Just not as big an idiot as someone who believes in creationism.

I never made the mistake of buying into that "Ben Stein is smart" bullshit.

None the less, I'm astounded by the number of otherwise intelligent people who are creationists. It just doesn't add up. Shit, even the Jesus mythology is so obviously 10,000+ year old recycled bullshit that's snaked through nearly every culture but completely intelligent people totally overlook any of that too, because well...it's all about faith, I guess...or something.

Sullivan is a tool.

Ben Stain's such an idiot. He got an op-ed in the NY Times a few months ago pooh-hooing the chance of any national economic impact from these silly mortgages and their securitization. Dingus!

I have only two words to say to the creationists of the world: nylon bug. Go ahead and Google it. It takes a pretty good grasp of organic chemistry to really understand all the details, but, in a nutshell: nylon was invented in 1938. In the 1980s, a bacteria was discovered that could produce what's been called nylonase - an enzyme that allows the bacteria to digest nylon. Miracle! In the space of a mere 40 years or so, an organism managed to evolve something completely new in the world! And without, ahem, divine intervention.

I don't get it, "No intelligence allowed" is it a parody? or is Ben Stein insane?

From a trailer on YouTube; "I have been told to shut up", "if you have questioned ____ that's it, your career is over", But in a video on the movies web site, He says "if we were in Galileo's time" there wouldn't be a problem..." well, maybe not, but what is his point? we just won't let him call "intelligent design" science, we aren't putting him under house arrest.

This has got to be another "Ferris Bueller" movie, it just has to be.

Goddammit, this shit makes me want to throw up. The "Super Trailer" is just so depressing I want to cry. He goes on and on about how ID supporters aren't allowed to talk about their evidence. THEY HAVE NO EVIDENCE. They have faith. What a fucking tool.
