I so wanted to go, but apparently the thing sold out immediately after they started selling tickets at 6:30, and people had been lined up around the corner waiting for the start of sales. Hope someone reports back on how it was.

It was great. Her prepared speech lasted about fifteen minutes before then taking unscreened questions from the audience, and that's where the real excitement happened. One woman started reading to Madeleine Albright from a book, another guy walked on her answer saying "I can't believe you," some guy created an elaborate question about 9/11 "truth," and--here's the best one--a guy rambled on about Benazir Bhutto's assassination then proceeded to play a tape recording of Bhutto into the mic. When the sane got around to asking their questions, we learned Albright believes Bush has tarnished our American "brand name" abroad, Iraq is a mess with no good solution, and Hillary is her favored candidate based on her years of experience and positions.
