Seriously. He sounded really angry with Seattle's Only Newspaper. Later, someone tore off one side of the Stranger's banner so it hung limply on the balcony. Then Deacon he had the audience build a human tunnel and named 'champions' to run around throughout the dance floor, like a raver feeding ecstasy to the inner child.

Deacon also played like the fat guy on the playground who was so sick of getting bullied around, that he fought back. In The Stranger v. Deacon, last night brought all the big kids back onto Dan's side.

I've been to many shows where the audience wouldn't show some goddamn respect to the performer and SHUT the FUCK UP during the performance.

Here's an idea: All you hipsters and wannabees, how about next time you're at a show and the fucktards next to you keep blathering on about their visit to the dog spa and their Audi you give them a great big "SHHhhhhh!" I am going to do it, you can be sure. I don't care if I'm the only one or if every fucking other person in there joins me.
