They try for an older look, always. I remember seeing "the bachelor" and such distasteful things on t.v. and there, 25 year old girls looked like my older sister (I am 31). All that blonde hair in towers over their heads, all those decadent clothes, they looked formal and mature. Even the blond model at the right of the screen now, looks foxy, overknowing and, well, thirty in my eyes, when she might be 21. I live in Argentina, and comparatively, 25 years old here mostly look no more than older teens, and 30 year old women still look girly, or fresher. Or something.

My two cent broad generalizations ... Women from the Northeast and Southwest (CA) don't necessarily rely on youth to look good and can age just fine. In the Northeast, if they care, age just fine if they take care of themselves. BIG If they care ... well, growing up there, comparatively speaking they don't look AS good. As for girls in the Northwest and Southeast ... they seem to rely to heavily on youth to look good.

I suppose the same could be said about men.
