Bullshit. He was prosecuted like anyone else would be because there is a law saying if there is a dv call someone has to go to the pokey. As thios is a seizure based on a general law and not any individual facts or probable cause all lovers of civil rights should be up in arms about it and if McIver was victimized under it he should, too.

But at least he didn't claim it was due to race or Hillary Clinton.
