Those are impressive colors, I don't know anything about tattoos, but it looked like paint to me until I followed the link... Um, Thanks a lot Dan, I knew there was some weird shit out there, but I really didn't need to know about split tongues WTF! split!? and scalpeling, branding I had heard of, I'm not that naive.

What happened to that poor girl (OK, I mean young woman, but I'm guessing something happened when she was a "girl"), for her, I imagine "the game of life" probably does suck

Yes I live a pretty sheltered life, however, I did once pick up a book of skin art on a remainders table, and there are way worse tats than that.

At first I thought it was paint or some sort of fake tattoo, mainly because of the colors used, they seemed too bright. However, after following the links and pictures of the work in progress, I can't believe someone would do this, and feel comfortable years later about having this...

The design and colors of the tattoo are fine, it is well done. However, to have this for life, right in front of you day in, day out, is a head shaker, IMHO. It is her body, and to each their own, but to put it there is either ballsy, or someone is missing a sandwich or two to make a picnic.

hey thanks for all the comments about both my tattoo and my tits. . . very sweet of you all.

the thing about art is that its up to the person that wears it and trust me there are much wosre things to have tattooed on you than this . . . not only speaking of ideas but the actual quality of the work. i've won quite a few awards for this piece and i suspect that i will continue to do so.

i AM a tattoo artist and a heavily modified person (you spoke of tongue splitting, i have this done and i did it to myself). i HAVE go to college, i am a professional photographer, and i am planning on going back to school to study sociology. i am NOT crazy thank you very much greg (above). i just choose to treat my body as MY BODY and i encourage you all to do the same.

as far as the the idea of the tattoo itself, its very sarcastic and cynical, which is a huge part of my personality, tho not the entiretly of it. "this game sucks" is a long running joke and despite the fact that people dont get that, i love this tattoo and i will continue to do so until the day i die. you're all entitled to your opinion, but ultimately its MY tattoo and MY body and from what i can read of your personalities in what some (most really) of you have said, none of you are the kind of person whos opinion i really value.

I cannot believe how shallow you guys are. It's really disgusting what our society has become. Ripping on this poor girl about her tattoo? You don't know her, you don't know why she got it, and you don't care. That's how people spend their afternoons, apparently. Judging other people and their decisions because you are too afraid to find your own flaws.

And by the way, I know Nikki, and she is one hell of a girl. She's super sweet, super awesome. But what do you care. You just take her for what you see, not who she is.

I hope that one day you will all get a life and realize she didn't ask for your opinion, nor did she ask for your approval! I can honestly say that nothing that any of you can say will make her change her mind about how beautiful her tattoo is!

Nikki has done a few pieces of art on me, and I love them! She is a great artist and a great person. So if any of you have any more negative things to say maybe you should take a look at yourself, nude, in the mirror and reflect on what it is that you really don't like about yourself before you go and criticize someone you don't even know!

Nikki, I have known you ever since I got my first tattoo at 18. I know a lot about you and this has to be one of my favorite tattoos that you have on your body. I like those who judge others in such negative ways that they don't even know; it just goes to show you how shallow some people can be.

I think it looks amazing and is a great and very original tattoo, too bad its not a flash piece of barb wire or tribal and every one else has.

Nikki, you are one of the coolest people I have gotten a chance to know, and I am greatful for that, and you smell nice too!
