I am just going to leave that dog alone. It is just too damn easy to make a commentary on this one.

I'm a Barack Obama supporter and an ECB critic, but I'll be the first to say that both of the things Erica has pointed out are just plain sick and wrong. This type of sexism has no place in our politics.

It's probably a bad idea that you're even telling people about this. At least he's not making any specific claims - it's the complex lies that are much more dangerous.

And we get our daily ECB report on Hillary....

I gotta wonder ECB are you working for the Stranger or Hillary's Washington Campaign Office?

Is it your goal to be biased towards anyone opposing her? Do you ever plan on a political post that doesn't support or defend her in some fashion? Have you heard of any other candidates running?

At least the other Stranger contributors try for a little variety....Geessshhhh

Something to chew on...

This is the kind of bullshit the Clinton campaign needs to jump all over. Further, Roger Stone is a worthless scrotum who needs a good kicking.

What worries me about all of this is that if Hillary wins--and she might damn well win--we will have to deal with this kind of misogynist crap all the time. It's not going to end when she wins. It will only intensify as the Republicans froth to get her out of office. Everything she does will be analyzed. There will be so much subtle and not-so-subtle sexism. It will be agonizing. And exhausting.

Some women like the word "Cunt", although it is apparent you don't ECB. Oh Well...

As a size queen, you should at least recognoze the need for openness when it comes to the "Cunt issue".

Just sayin'

this crap is disgusting. its crudity is not much different from the lies people tell about obama. and it will drive more people to support clinton -- and rightly so. it drives me to think roger stone and his group are despicable.

tsm@22:

She's hoping people call her a cunt? And that they picture her in sexist stereotypes? She's hoping for that?

She's the first viable female Presidential candidate. Obama is the first viable black Presidential candidate (sorry, Shirley Chisholm.) Both of them will get mileage and support from folks of good character when dingleberries attack them for the color of their skin or what's between their legs. But if you think Clinton *wants* to be called a cunt any more than Obama *wants* to be called a nigger, than you ascribe a level of deviousness and resolve to HRC that's just not present in real human beings.

Good Lord. I'm not endorsing the fucking 527. I'm not saying it's not sexist. I'm saying that Hillary knows full well that this kind of thing is well poised to backfire and help her. She's not an idiot. Overly aggressive attacks helped her in her 2000 campaign, and it could well help her here too.

But please, do go on ranting about the points you clearly wanted to see me make instead.

roger is an idiot for being sexist. he is also an idiot for not realizing that this behavior will probably motivate more people to vote for clinton than influence people to not vote for her. but he really demonstrates his idiocy by identifying himself as a c*nt.

seriously, if it wasn't so inappropriate, i'd almost want someone to ask him, "so, you're a C*NT then?"

Could you be MORE sexist COMTE?

They aren't "Women" because they like the word cunt? I didn't realize you were the gender police.

I think that ECB secretly likes the word, but doesn't like to admit it because it would indicate a sexuality that she has long since burried.

"because it would indicate a sexuality that she has long since burried."

burried?? maybe you mean burrito-ed or taco-ed. it seems you care about ecb's sexuality a bit too much. what with this and all:

"As a size queen, you should at least recognoze the need for openness when it comes to the "Cunt issue"."

ecce you are kind of obsessed with her sexuality, a little too much for the gay trooper of morality you profess to be.
it's gross and stupid at any rate

Thanks Pissy,

I could care less about her sexuality, but her smug moralistic bullshit annoys the hell out of me. Her suppressed sexuality is nothing more than a street sign that one can observe that directs you to the core problem. The problem is that she is consumed with her own moral superiority.

She needs some strait male attention, something I can never give.

Now can't we get back to discussing why bicyclists are retards playing with childish toys who pitch temper tantrums when they don't get their way? Something ECB is quite adept at demonstrating.

yeah that'll fix her up...perhaps she just needs some phallic therapy. whats wrong wit' them bitches is they don't have a dick to call their own and to cuddle and make her feel all adequate and smart like the guys. cause men rule, and don't have any issues about what to do with their dicks at all... not like it controls them or anything.

Pissy,

Aint my fault you have a gaping open wound that needs to be treated.

Seriously, if it isn't true, then how come so many women discuss how more relaxed they are post coitus and post orgasm. Seems pretty reasonable. I know I always feel better after I cum. I am sure that ECB would feel the same way, and then we may be spared the dumb smug posts that only serve the purpose of pushing more interesting stuff further down the page.

Why yes, as a matter of fact, ecce I AM the gender police, I've got a nifty badge, and handcuffs, and the riot-stick, and everything!

And of course, I could get MORE sexist. I could, for example call a woman's vagina a "gaping open wound that needs to be trea - " Hey! Wait a minute! You beat me to it! I had no IDEA you were a "gencop" too! How come I never see you at the shift briefings?

Face it, ecce, when someone with a handle like "pissy mcslogbot" is able to effortlessly rip you a new one (which, apparently is just what you need, since all your other orifi appear to be clogged with crap already), even someone of your cro-magnon IQ should recognize when it's time to cut your losses and go back to the half-way house.

"The group will not be running ads in any form and will not be making any robocalls. They'll be making T-shirts. That's it. You can buy them for $25 on their website:" (BTW, Charles may want to check out who's wearing the tee)
So they formed a tax exempt organization that sell T-shirts (or do they? note that the model on the website is not wearing a printed shirt, the logo is "photoshoped") but they won't be spending money on attack ads? (and why would they when places like the Slog will run them for free) sounds like tax fraud and/or phishing to me, note that all you can do on their web site is give them your name, address and e-mail, you can't say what size or style of shirt you want.

If one follows Erica's link to TPM, then their link to The Weekly Standard, the article there is kind of funny. e.g. "As a committed phony (the reason Stone so dislikes her), Clinton is all about winning." Um, Stone, what are you "all about"? Bureau of Inteligent Tartars Crushing Hypocrisy

But seriously, for scum he is not such a bad guy, "he says he'd be open to voting and even working for Barack Obama.". ??? Is he trying to imply that he is someone Obama might want, or does he hate the guys running against McCain so much that he would vote for a Democrat before one of them (it seems to me I've head something like that before)
