the only problem with this is, that in winter time, this sketch could be of about 3,000 guys on Capitol Hill.

dark hair, beard, stocking cap.

but, I hope it helps.

Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk. They haven't even caught the guy and the prison rape jokes are starting. Man, the quality of slog comments has deteriorated. Lame.

Even if it is kind of generic, the artworks is at least good. I guess that's what happens when you live in a real city. Here are the sketch artists renditions of two people wanted in a recent double homicide in my city.

Fnarf, a guy who does something like that
to someone like Shannon Harps deserves no
sympathy or mercy once he's locked up.

I'd take my dumbass comments over to The Weakly's website. But there's no one there to be Shocked and Appalled, Mr. Strangeways.

On a related note, are these the Sierra Club, WashPIRG, Greenpeace people that take over the sidewalks in groups of two with the notebooks and "surveys"?

Because now, I'd totally cross the street to avoid them (except that usually another team of them is working there, too.)

Fuckers.

so wait... someone witnessed the witness of the stabbing?!

where did this drawing come from? didn't that person see the crime happen, too? or were they too busy staring at the beauty of the witness to see the stabbing?

Do the cops have any info on height, weight, age?
Also
@Fnarf and Strangeways: agreed.
The whole "he's hot' thing that Napolean et al are screaming about for everyone from this guy to Edwards is getting extra old AND weird because those guys clearly have access to the internet: they can see cute guys at sites that specializes in them like: http://www.terra.com.br/theboy/
Fnarf you want better commenting? Get Neighbors to turn off their WIFI on the drunks.

@14,

Some people saw the guy leaving the scene. I don't know if anyone saw the stabbing as it occurred.

I live in the area and I used to walk up to the Madison Market but stopped because I was harassed several times by creepos hanging around the 7-11 across the street from the market and did not feel safe going there anymore. I don't know what it is about that particular 7-11 or that little area, but there are always sketchy people hanging around the outside. Just an observation.

I just heard on the news that Shannon Harps uttered something-perhaps her last words, shortly after she was stabbed but the Seattle Police have are unable or unwilling to release those words. For anyone who was there and heard her screams-WHAT was it that she said and why havent cops 'released' it?

Person of interest? Overused word. He's a damn suspect. I really wish that term would just die.

That has the be the best police sketch I've ever seen! Why can't sketch artists be better artists?

That drawing is a ringer for the guy I encountered last month while walking the dog. I stopped at Howell & 16th when the streetlight popped off. The pooch dumps her load and I'm scooping it up when I sense someone standing behind me on the sidewalk. I whipp around with the 6 D-cell MagLight Flashlight I carry in my sleeve. I go "WHAT?" and he gets nervous and walks quickly across 16th and heads up Howell. I got a clear shot of his face/torso with that flashlight. Hadn't seen the creep since then, but it was 20 feet up the boulevard from the murder.

He kind of looks like my ex-boyfriend who I could totally see stabbing someone. Some to think of it, I think maybe he did even stab someone once. Creepy.

And I wonder if they've interviewed everyone at the crazy house on 17th yet. I should hope that was their first stop. There are like 10 of that guy living there. I should know, I have to look at them wandering around outside of my window every fucking day.
