He's probably just erring on the side of caution and keeping his options open.

Of course, the other thing is that, unfortunately, Jim is one of those congressmen the Right likes to publicly kick around, and his endorsement, while welcome, might not be one of the party's most coveted.

It's true -- his endorsement is a negative. But his delegate vote isn't.

i hope jim had the smarts to tell bill that if he fundraises the REST of the cash for his retarded court judgement, he'll back hillary.

that would be what a real politician would do.
