He seems kind of, what's the word I'm looking for, well, dark skinned to me. I bet that will upset all those liberal Capitol Hill hippies with their "but we love them" attitude.

uh, this description kinda matches the description of the guy who broke into our apartment complex on Sunday morning...an incident where the cops came, took a report but didn't do much of anything else despite the fact the guy probably left some finger prints and may have injured himself when he fled the scene...

@3, I am not a bit surprised. They were much more concerned about noise from night clubs. I mean a break in? You think they care about that? LOL!!
