Portugese women are hot.

Especially gameheads.

Kelly, I'm not quite sure. Duct tape? But it was the one photo I could find of her with her freckles.

Yeah, fake boobs do that. It's disappointing, but that's TV.

Did Science just admit to watching Attack of the Show...?

Her bra is eight sizes too small, and her boobs hate each other and are trying to move away. It's kind of hot, if you think of her as a sex toy and not a human. You could tap out sexy drum patterns on her sternum.

Still, she has a sexy voice. And can whoop your ass at any FPS game.

So really, Jon, you probably thought I was being a dick yesterday with your research paper, but I wasn't. And I get the diferentation of the tail at the node and all. But crazy me. I'd want to see what happens when you hit the stem cells with colchicine at that point. Can we spell polyploid?

I hate PCR. My polychains quiver in replication! So fire up the silencing RNA and slap me with some mitochondrial DNA segments, cause I'm researched out.

Don't forget the reverse transcriptase!

Seriously, though, I have done a lot of work on polyploidy with plants. Have never seen anyone work with colchicine in mammalia. Diploidy is almost guaranteed, if it doesn't die first, and 4X is not at all uncommon.

And for you Luddites out there (yes, Will, you), colchicine is one of the most mutagenic substances known to man. But here's the real shobker - nicotine is even more so. No joke, look it up.

"Shobker." I kinda like that.

I had a shobker once. The doc froze it off with liquid nitrogen.

Who is this chick and what is G4? Is this like the least famous American TV celebrity that's not on Univision?

Speaking of baby oil, from her myspace page: "I wish I could have a massage every day.", well, if you're having trouble finding volunteers I suppose I could spare a couple of hours.

She does seem to have a propensity for dangerous stunts

I call bullshit on nicotine's :teratogenity". Smoking during pregnancy was sufficiently widespread for a long enough time (many generations) that almost everyone born in the last century ought to be hideously deformed. And, snarky jokes aside, that's not the case. Nicotine is just the scapegoat -- it's a carcinogenic poison, sure, but it's no worse than the shit that gets sprayed on absolutely everything we eat and drink. That's why people who don't smoke and have non-smoking parents still die of cancer. "Healthy" people can still produce mutant offspring -- and mostly they're detected in the 1st trimester to enable abortion if that's the case. The problem is not nicotine. The problem is "pro-lifers", most of which are mutant freaks anyway.

This has been a surprisingly nerdy thread.

@21: Yeah, it took 18 posts for someone to even make a reference to baby oil.

Wait, make that @20. Oh well.
