Love it. Love Dan, love Obama (yes, I know you're still holding out for Gore...), love this ridiculous and desperate campaign measure. Forget long-distance charges, I will smile when I see my next phone bill!

And that picture still makes me smile. Check out dickipedia.org for more lovely Romney details.

The picture is even creepier when you realize he's wearing Mormon underwear

Hmm,Dan, didn't you have that torrid sexual afair with him three months ago that he paid you for? I am sure there are some "pictures" that you would not want to release to the media...right?

What about it sloggers? Isn't time that we put Romney in the middle of a GAY sex adventure with Dan? Let's sink the GOP once and for all! We can do it!!!

Wait a minute. Jesus was Satan's brother? How the fuck can a fictional character be Satan's brother?

I agree with supporting Mitt to the extent that he would be much easier to beat in the general election than "Double Talk" McCain who many people erroneously believe is a centrist. Romney's plastic personality will have problems connecting with voters the way Kerry did in 2004.

Dan, don't be a stupid prick.

I don't like Romney. Hell, I hate him. But encouraging assholery in the vein of Republican tricks is just more of the same nonsense, and the same nonsense always comes back to haunt one. Just..please. Don't be such a prick. The whole world is not a one-page sex advice column in a free weekly seated in Cynicsville.

I agree, Graham. Unfortunately, I believe its too late for Dan. He's intent on damaging our (his) causes and handing easy talking points to the opposition. Things went downhill fast after slog went live. I guess its the nature of ego.

Before some of you decide to support Mitt just so the Republicans lose the final election, you might want to ask yourselves this: What happens if he gets nominated, and then goes on to become president? Then you've got a horrible Republican president that got in there because people got him nominated with the idea that he wouldn't win!
A better idea would be to vote for someone who you think is the least likely to fuck up our country more than it already is!

Governor Romney has succeeded in pulling back the curtain to expose a bitter,
harsh, calculating, mean-spirited, attack driven, dishonest and hollow old
Senator who has pushed for amnesty time after time. McCain is reaping what he
has sewn. The worst part for Senator McCain is that everyone knows that he is
now the King of "flip-flop". His "none dare call it amnesty" diatribe
referring to the McCain/Kennedy Amnesty Bill is laughable at best.

John "Mac is back" is toast. The Amnesty King needs to take the "Straight Talk
Express" and fill it with illegal aliens to be driven to the border.

McCain is our biggest ally in waking up the average American to the invasion
from Mexico and his plans that promote it. The illegal immigration issue trumps
the Senator's pro-war agenda. He hasn't learned a lesson from the millions of
Americans that put a stop to his McCain/Kennedy Amnesty Bill.

If Nackey Loeb, of the Manchester Union Leader were alive, she wouldn't be supporting John McCain. We need a
candidate strong enough to close the borders and deal with the serious issue of
illegal immigration.

Hopefully, the voters of New Hampshire will not be fooled by McCain's "bottle of
syrup" approach to AMNESTY, as they are smart enough to demand the illegal alien
invasion cease immediately and vote accordingly. Senator McCain needs to go
back to the Senate debates where Senators Sessions, Lieberman and Vitter called
the McKain/Kennedy Bill AMNESTY...are they liars? Do we have another Bill
Clinton in John McCain asking the question "it depends what the definition of
is, is?"

Like him or not, former Governor Romney is a gentleman and does not promote
rude, crude and non-amusing personal attacks. McCain is not to be trusted when
it comes to the serious issue of illegal immigration. Just ask Sheriff Joe
Arpaio of Arizona, McCain's home state.

Wow. You're a huge asshole for doing that. You really are. I'm sorry that you hate America, and like paying welfare recipients and professional victims to sit on their asses all day eating chips, but that's way out of line. And, here's a hint: Those aren't phone numbers for Romney supporters - those are registered Republicans. I hope an illegal mugs you. You're such a cocksucker you'd probably wonder what you did to "deserve it," like every panty-waist did after 9/11.

Team Mitt

I'm all signed up to call voters in New Hampshire on behalf of Mitt Romney this afternoon. Before anyone jumps down my throat for this, hey, Mitt Romney asked for my help. I somehow landed on Romney's mailing list, and this somehow made me a member of "Team Mitt" in good standing. And I'm about to begin my two hours of, um, live robocalling, I guess, and I'm terribly excited to be part of the excitement that is New Hampshire. But first I had to fill out a form promising not to misuse the phone numbers of Romney suporters ("...the...

Team Mitt: Phone Bank Report

Well, gee. They don't actually give you phone numbers. You sit on your phone, and you're connected to callers--callers that have already said "hello" to a computer, which then passes you through. Then you say hello, read your script--which is idiotic--and then ask them if they're planning to vote for Mitt tomorrow. Here's my script (click on it for a larger version): So far most folks I've been connected with have hung up on me--understandable. Only one person so far says she's voting for Romney tomorrow. And one person told me he's voting for McCain, and so is his wife....
