(I can receive calls, but I can't make them. And no one is calling me.) So, I'm having a hard time doing any follow up on the parade of bills that are in play, like this bill that Seattle Transit Blog is crooning about. The bill would give new MVET authority to regional transit authorities. It sounds good. And I do think the pro-transit crowd needs to go on the offensive rather than sitting back and reacting to tricky bills like this one from the...
