I don’t really like to flog shows here, but these are exceptions worth breaking the rule for. I saw them all yesterday, and they’re all opening this weekend, so if you find yourself with any free time at all—
Jean-Luc Mylayne at the Henry
Dawn Cerny at the Henry
R. Crumb at the Frye

Cool to see the Robert Crumb show on the road. As juvenile as his illustration seem to a lot of people, I think he's really misunderstood as an artist.
Also, he is one of the modern masters of hand drawn lettering.
If it's good, flog it...these look pretty good, esp. the Crumb.
Crumb has nothing on Dawn Cerny- give her a Genius!
I don't see any parallels between Dawn Cerny and Robert Crumb.
I second @3!
@3- get your head outta yer ass. Crumb has helped shape the cultural landscape. Whom even knows who Cerny is outside of this region?
Cool that they're showing a free movie about Crumb there too.
Highly recommended. Kudos, Frye!
Wow...what a grouping of talentless hacks.
