Everything in there is

good for you except the rice. In moderation, of course.

You can put a runny on just about anything and make it better.

I can think of about 10 things I'd rather have for breakfast, including steak and eggs, biscuits and gravy, eggs benedict, huevos rancheros, and my asparagus and Boursin cheese omelet. Hey, I didn't say they were HEALTHIER things, just tastier.

@#2

That's not Korean food, it's Vietnamese.

Looks like a mighty fine rendition of broken rice with char-grilled pork and fried egg.

This Vietnamese place is in White Center near Roxbury and 15th Ave. SW, across from the Bartell drugstore, sandwiched between a kick-ass little Mexican groceria and a laundro-mat. They open fairly early, (9:30ish?)
That's the broken rice, char-grilled pork, shredded pork, fried egg and a side "salad". They have great Pho, and provide a tofu version that rocks.
I hit the whole thing with the fish sauce that comes with the plate, the chili-garlic and a smidge of hoisin and tear.
The name of the restaurant escapes me, the owners are super nice.
Get a tub of red or green salsa next door when you're done to take home.
