This might be a better fate than Eddie Furlong's. The Furlong appears to be melting over the course of several dismal direct-to-dvd crapfests. Pretty soon he'll just be a chubby puddle of goo oozing around a shabby hotel room waiting for his dealer to show up. I think he was also on a Law and Order recently.
Yes, drugs are a victimless crime -- you take heroin, you victimize only yourself. The victims of the heroin market are created by prohibition, not users. Can you take yourself out using drugs? Sure -- just like you can take yourself out eating Twinkies or snowboarding recklessly. You can also fuck yourself to death. But Twinkies, snowboarding, and sex aren't and shouldn't be considered crimes.
They should at least stick around long enough so as to be recognized by old geezers like me.
