Today in Presidential Politics; Or, 6 Days Until the Iowa Caucuses

posted by on December 28 at 13:00 PM

McCain’s secret attack ad: A Slate scoop.

Who has time for these sites? Other than… well, who exactly?

Much easier to digest: Is this.

Like buttah: Obama endorsed by key Iowa figure, the “Butter Cow Lady.”

Closing with a sermon: Mike Huckabee.

These are greedy institutions: And there are prices to pay.

Edwards and the 527s: More stories like this every day.

Almost out of air: Television ad time now hard to come by in Iowa.

I really hope the Republican primary gets more and more negative, and the Dems can stay above that. That would be great for whoever gets the D nomination in the end . . .

Unfortunately, this tactic didn't work for Kerry in '04.

The only news from Iowa that I want to hear is that every single one of those smug king-making sons of bitches that attended the caucuses died in a fire.

@2 - what, butter?

Butter solves everything.

Including watches.
