not quite. this country's elite young athletes do not embrace football (soccer) they still embrace Football (american), basketball, and baseball the day the future Carmelo Anthonys, Marshall Faulks, Allen Iversons, Alex Rodriguez and Derek Jeters go out for soccer thats the day the sport changes here, until the elite future athletes go out and play that sport by the thousands than you will keep importing has beens like David and his wife Victoria or Pele when he is 86 years old. Soccer has no roots here. Nobody in the hoods of Philly or the farms of Indiana dreams of kicking a checkered ball.
