South Park has kind of limited range as a satirical show. They can really only successfully convey one message: "This is stupid." That worked reasonably well when they were taking on stuff that was legitimately stupid, like the dot.com craze. I've become less enamored of it since they decided to start attacking stem cell research and global warming.
