God I hope the telco's get their asses pounded, in the bad way. You have to hand it to them though, it takes some huge balls to break the law and then retroactively have the law changed to cover your ass. But if the Bush administration has taught us anything, it's that big balls usually accompany a small penis and a personality to match.
