I wish I had more questions like that in my life. No, seriously:

"Would you like to be in a crappy relationship for the next 10 years? Date her. If not, don't!"

"Would you like to see a dead body on a gurney from a car accident? Take your usual route to work. If not, don't!"

I'm not entirely sure why I needed to see that. I don't think I even really want to examine that too closely. But suffice to say that I AM really glad I saw this. I'm glad there are people in the world wacky enough to come up with shit like this. I like to think of myself as a creative person. But never in a hundred years would I have thought to make fake couture out of dead rats, and model them on a bunch of trannies. Clearly, my creative mind needs to be expanded.

Awesome!

Actually, Comte it was "ripped off" from MetaFilter, as specified.

It does serve to make me feel cannily superior when Slog posts stuff Metafilter picked up yesterday. Also, it serves to make the internet feel just a little bit smaller and friendlier.

All I'm saying David, is these things show up on Warren's web site (or one of his subsidiary sites), them BLAMMO! two or three days later, they're on the Slog:

- Transgendered Brazilians wearing rat-thongs - check

- Cunt-lapping Dogs - check

- Reference to latest Burial CD - check

- "God Hates The World" - check

- Dental School Robot - check

- Tree limb guy - check

Coincidence?

Comte @ 11: I can ony speak for myself--I did rat-thongs and "God Hates the World"--but, yep, coincidence.

Still, "coincidence" doesn't seem like the right word. I saw several of these things in several places--tree-limb guy, "God Hates the World," specifically--so accrediting them to one site (a site I'd never seen until you linked it above) seems disingenuous.

Also: Charles has been and will continue to make long, reverent references to Burial for his entire life.

@11: You're an idiot.

Wow, popular links get posted on more than one blog?! Alert the media!
