A former minister at the Livingston Church of God was convicted Tuesday of rape and three counts of sexual assault against two sisters.Terrence R. Passmore, 49, was convicted of raping and sexually assaulting an 11-year-old church member in 1998. A District Court jury also found him guilty of two counts of sexually assaulting her older sister, who was 14 at the time.
Prosecutors said the abuse occurred on church property and on church swimming trips.

Ironiclly, most of the hard right born agains in Livingston are all transplants and not the long term locals.
BTW, Livingston is about as fucking conservative and backward as you can get. I am surprised they did not find him innocent and say the girls were asking for it. Seriously, that town is FUCKED UP!
When you mentioned two sisters, I immediately thought of nuns! Talk about keeping it in the family!
The devil is in the details on this one ... all the accusers were in the same family and two were found guilty of perjury. So, either this pastor wanted to keep it all in the family, or there's more to it. This case is very old and there is no solid evidence. I say wait and see what shakes out on this before you cry wolf.
