Mitt Goes After Mike

posted by on December 11 at 8:38 AM

Hey, we both hate the gays, and we both think women’s bodies are the property of the state. The question is, “Which one of us hates them damn illegals more?”

Romney is not very gracious towards Mexicans considering Mexico took in his Grandparents when they were on the lam from US Authorities. Those with an exalted opinion of their own virtue are often lacking in even a dollop of human compassion. Save us Jesus from your followers.

Christ, Romney is turning out to be such a pandering, opportunistic, tool. I loathe him more with each passing day.

He'll probably end up being our next president. *sigh*

See, I was hoping for "O They Will Know We Are Christians For Our First-Strike Attack Ads".

Does anyone else get flashbacks from The Handmaid's Tale every time the GOP discusses abortion?

@4: Yes.

You know, if the crazy fundamentalists are going to accuse us of being Godless baby-killers, we should really own that shit. Make abortions mandatory for all pregnancies where the woman is under 18. Baby's already born? Too bad, baby gets killed. Then they can get upset.

I propose we put all the conservative, evangelical, biggoted, brainwashed nitwit candidates in a large room together brandishing "swords of justice" and see if they can't just send each other to their happy afterlife all at once. That seems to be the historical, biblical way to take care of minor personal indiscrepancies.

The add did not freak me out because if I was watching TV and saw it I would probably just dismiss it.
It's the idea behind the add that always makes me want to scream.
The US really helped create this illegal problem and now there is a true prejudice in the minds of Americans that is Ok and acceptable.

Gay marriage and illegals will not be the downfall of America. Anybody who believes that is dumb and maybe even scary!

Why do illegals want driver's licenses and college tuition help? aren't they satisfied with hanging outside Home Depot all day?

I think Mitt and Mike are having a bit of a spat. It's all right, though, I'm sure the make-up sex will be loud and enthusiastic.

It's just like I was telling my wife the other day: "Romney appeals to the religious fanatics who also don't like Mexicans and Huckabee appeals to the religious fanatics who don't mind them so much."

This is another reason Huckabee would be such a dangerous GOP nominee. By comparison to most of the others, he's not entirely insane when it comes to immigrants, poor people, and the environment. Giuliani and McCain are also more reasonable on those issues, but they don't have Huckabee's evangelical bona fides. Romney's just a soulless panderer so he doesn't worry me at all.
