"As usual". Give me a break.

Has Eli "Election 2008" Sanders figured out who Greg Palast is yet?

Yeah, it sucks to lose your view.

It also sucks to lose your affordable apartment because someone wants to build condos on top of it.

@ Doug, I am not sure that Josh knows who Greg Palast is. But then the Stranger has gone more mainstream anyway.

Wonder if they could get Randi Rhodes or Mike Malloy to guest slog at some point.

Wow, Josh, and the urbnlvn blog had that story a full week before you guys did. Nice to take credit for a "scoop" that was actually somebody else's. As usual.

The Stranger is the only paper in Seattle that covers real local news. The Stranger always scoops the mainstream papers. The Stranger is the underdog, alternative, non corporate newspaper. It also has a strong Jewish perspective which I love. I miss Manhattan where I moved from, but The Stranger makes living in the racist hickville called Seattle a little more tolerable. Being a foodie, I also appreciate The Stranger's restaurant coverage.

@5, get back in the oven will you? Fuck!

@6 This is just the kind of anti-semitism that runs rampant in the Christian racist backwater called Seattle. We can't even have our sacred Menorah in the airport!

The pro-Israel pro-Jewish vibe of The Stranger is Tikkum Olam. Happy Hanukkah!

Yeah, but now someone will actually read it.

There's a big difference between slogging/blogging and reporting. Didn't you attend some little hoohah with folks from The Big Boy papers a few months ago and discuss this sort of thing?
