The Stranger always scoops the mainstream papers. The Stranger is the underdog, alternative, non corporate newspaper. It also has a strong Jewish perspective which I love. I miss Manhattan where I moved from, but The Stranger makes living in the racist hickville called Seattle a little more tolerable. Being a foodie, I also appreciate The Stranger's restaurant coverage.
