Thanks for the greetings! The rededication of the Jewish Second Temple in Jerusalem in 164 B.C. after the slaughter of the Syrians is cause to celebrate. I believe Israel should celebrate military victories like Hanukkah to show the United States that there is nothing wrong with killing Palestinian vermin who attack Jews. Torah states "thou shall not murder" but it's OK to kill as many women and children as you need to to protect Israel. That's what Hanukkah means to me.

Happy Hanukkah! We are all sparks of divine light for this dark world.

i like the hotty in the 2nd photo. I was in SF earlier this year and met this very cute Chi-town Jewish boy at the clubs in the Castro and had a couple of really hot make out sessions with him from meeting him that night and going on a date the 2nd night after that. if it weren't for my friend having a shared studio and his roommate having her sister at their place at the time, we would've fucked.

Never Forget how the Jews have suffered. More than anything else this time of year, we need solidarity with our jewish brothers and sisters and stand up against anti-jewish hatred.

Nowadays it's fashionable to hate Isreal and all that it does. That is anti-semetism and should be stopped and relegated to the same ashcan of history as the rest of nazism.

Happy chanuka my brothers and sisters.

Never forget...

So, Ecce, you think that being against Israel's racist, anti-Palestinian policies constitutes "anti-semitism"? That attitude is part of the problem - and a great way to stifle criticism and debate.

Sexy!

Hey, has anyone else seen the giant menorah in the park across from Westlake Center? It has this silly disclaimer on a sandwich board sitting right next to it: "This display is funded by private donations blah blah blah."

There's also a tacky, angular wooden menorah put up at Northgate Mall.

Awww, it's Seth. Chrismukah was a great holiday, especially on the OC episode where they all put on little tiny Santa hats.

Thank you for the reminder of the importance of Solidarity with Israel at this holiday. In a racist Christian town like Seattle it's hard to stand up for your religion, but Judaism is the only true religion of righteousness on this planet. Happy Hanukkah!
