Daycare is like $900 to $1200 a month in Seattle, and that's if you're lucky enough to even find a non-insane, non-meth head to watch your kid.
If it goes up much more, half the parents in the country will be walking into liquor stores and screaming for the clerk to hand over the $10s and $20s and stop dicking around with the $1s. Not that I would know, of course.
