The last time i heard someone empty a clip outside of my house, i called 911 and waited on hold for 10 minutes! before giving up. To the best of my knowledge, almost all of my neighbors are armed which may be a good thing given that the police presence is very nominal.
Everything's amplified since Deano's (aka Chocolate City) closed.
