Does the Church Council still exist? I thought they went broke.
You're thinking the Washington Association of Churches, Will/HA. The Church Council is alive and well and living in Fremont/QA. Check out this link to see what it's been up to (immigration, anti-homelessness, peace in Iraq, etc.)

The Church Council scored well here - Mr. Canceko is a political up-and-comer and well known and respected in Olympia. I'm sure he'll bring great things to his new employer, though I suspect we're bound to see him back in (a) political office someday. Good luck Lyle!
