Soon to be followed by his strong New Hampshire campaign and his win after President Gore endorses him before the Washington State caucus on Feb. 9th.

Now, do you think Dodd is a better choice for VP, or should he go for Sen Clinton as VP instead? Or Edwards?

This guy is real. What we've been lacking in the Dem Party is REAL candidates. Likeable WITH brains. Bill Clinton won because he was likable, George Bush won because (to many Americans) he was more likeable than Gore or Kerry. (Tho of course we actually won both of those elections). Obama is real, likable, and brilliant. As a woman, if I could imagine Hillary could win, I'd be confused about who to vote for. But she's VERY MUCH the same entitled arrogant tone we've lost with over and over. Please don't run this woman in the general election. Vote Obama for electability in the primaries.

I think he is what this country needs *and* the rest of the world. I loved his candid responses in the piece. So much better than his "debate" persona. I read his memoir (first book) and it was helpful in fleshing out who he is. Can you imagine the shrub writing books?

He's a fine candidate, even if I do lean toward Edwards.

If Obama were white, he would win the general election in a landslide, but in this country and even in seattle, race matters. I'm concerned that 5 to 10 percent of the voters will reject him right off the bat because he is african american, and losing that many votes could cost him the election, which means more war, more redistribution of wealth from the rich to the poor, and more retrobate civil liberties and rights at the hands of another republican presidency.
