How is vodka and Red Bull any more dangerous than say an Irish Coffee?
Note that the 3rd and 5th largest syringe exchange programs are right here in Seattle. And that Pt. Defiance in Tacoma is number 6.
How did you miss the story about the guy who crossed his drug dealers, and they responded by torturing him by burning WITH FRESHLY BAKED COOKIES?

Broken link on the NYPD story; you thought Slog hosted Newsday. :)
Nice one, Fnarf!
Hmm, big week in drugs. Does the RedBull thing surprise anyone?
not to beat a dead horse, but just because the group of students who mix energy drinks with alcohol engage in riskier behaviors doesn't mean that the energy drinks are to blame. these may just be riskier students who want to drink harder and party harder.
That pic of Britney is HAWT.
CBSNEWS Regarding Redbull:
"drinking alcoholic beverages and energy drinks at the same time can in essence delay the perceived effects of the alcohol, misleading people into thinking they're not as affected by it as they really are, in turn endangering their bodies and making risky behavior more likely."
Thanks for clearing that up for me. Another Redbull/Vodka please.
Stay off the percocet, Kiki! [*POING*]
Nicely done, Fnarf.
That NYPD link should be fixed now, folks.
They make it sound like this is a new thing. It probably took like .08 seconds for college kids and everybody else to figure this out once Redbull hit the shelves.
I once (accidentally) stuck my finger in a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie. That was the worst burn I've ever experienced.
Yet another reason to love sushi...
Mmmmm....delicious, euphoria-inducing uni....
(Uni is sea urchin roe for those not in the know)
Regarding coke prices, what the fuck don't these people get about supply and demand? I thought the GOP was all about capitalism.
