Here's an aside. Garnet is a fool's gold sort of thing, so I'm told. A 350 lb. native-blood Montanan revealed the story prior to our turkey feast. It was purely conjured for small talk, since I preferred to not gush about the love I have for a precious senorita. Garnet, a bit of the kid from left field, polished like a pearl, given as a keepsake.
You know, The Seattle Times, the P-I, even Seattle Gay News, ALL of them covered the Merck/HVTN fiasco WEEKS before you did.
