Fucking best use of Supertramp EVER.
Was this ENTIRE post to advertise for SnowboardConnection, or what.
Damn hippies.
no it wasn't, but they're right downtown, locally owned in a new location across from REI, they're nice as hell and they do a great job.
well lah-dee-dah.
Affluent kids and their toys. Let's hope the rest of the world can afford to live the way we do, dammit!
You people and your mountains. Bah!
This is good. But November snow always turns into December slush, followed by January ice. When's that train to Whistler open up?
If you skateboard you don't have to spend a kagillion $$$ on this years "cool" gear and you don't have to wait for snow to fall up in the mountains to enjoy yourself and get some exercise.
Oh yeah - there's also a meeting for the much kicked around SeaSk8 relocation tonight.

Skateboarding and snowboarding are not mutually exclusive, are they?
Speaking as a North Dakotan, I would suggest that snow is meant to be flat, depressing, and no fun. As Jesus Christ and the Holy Catholic Church intended it to be.
Of course, I'm spending the winter in Fort Lauderdale.
Oh my god, laterite, you're kidding! I just came on here to say that Supertramp song was the WORST snowboard vid soundtrack I've ever heard. I had to shut it off.
Cool jump, though.
hell yea....the snow cometh...and that is sick!
