Sheez. I hope Microsoft learned their lesson last time on this.

I didn't get a praise report from the good Pastor even saying that Microsoft agreed to meet with him. What's he going to do if MS doesn't meet with him? Boycott? Good luck! It's worked so well for other churches...

Aren't kneepads cheating? If I were a vengeful god, I would totally penalize the wusses who strapped on comfy rubber pads in favor of the true believers who built up big gnarly callouses on their patellas.

So by reading between the lines, I'm understanding that Hutch wants to get on his knees and suck off Bill Gates?

Don't worry. Shareholder propositions never obtain the votes they need to pass. The board's recommendations always pass. Even if shareholders don't vote (and most don't), their proxy ballot is voided and they essentially give their votes to the board.

This is in stark contrast to the initiative system in place in Washington and Oregon where any loon with enough paid signature gatherers can get something on the ballot.

Boy, ol' Hutch wants to get people on their knees for him damn near as much as Larry Craig.

Who on earth actually believes in a God that would intercede in events on earth based on a pack of loons praying for a STOCKHOLDER MEETING?!

I guess those skits by "The Microsoft Players" just weren't cutting it, entertainment-wise.

Can't you guys send the public intern to follow this guy for a few days? I'm sure it wouldn't take long to catch him in his "Larry Craig" moment.

Reading Kathryn Hulme's The Nun's Story in high school, I read about the multiple kneeling daily prayer sessions, yadda yadda.

Then came a reference to the knee callouses she'd grown from years of multiple daily prayer services.

Why do I think the folks at Antioch don't really have callouses?

Reviewing the transcripts of Microsoft Shareholder meetings over the last several years, there is occasionally an open Q&A at the meeting, but there wasn’t any last year according to the transcript. Who knows if there will actually be an opportunity for Hutch or some other spokesbigot to opine?

Last year there was a rather unpleasant shareholder proposal requesting that Microsoft put together a committee to figure out how to rewrite their EEO policy without “sexual orientation” in it. Credit to the Microsoft Board and Shareholders - it was defeated.

There are no shareholder proposals specifically relevant to LGBT rights in the proxy materials sent out to shareholders this year.

P.s. If Hutch and his followers dumped all their stock as he said they would in May 2006, how do they even qualify to be at the meeting. Did they renege and buy more shares?

just like all other preachers, politicians etc that use gay hatred as the basis of their philosophy, huthersons motives have nothing to do with gays at all. his anti gay hatred gets him attention and publicity that in turn gets him new followers who give him and his church money since they want to feel that they are a part of all of the publicity buzz. So even if hutcherson is successful in his anti gay mission, which he won't, he is still the gay's personal bitch...why, because us gays are the sole reason he is making money. think about it....what does he do for a living other than bait gays.....his JOB is to bait gays and get followers to give him money who also hate gays. so...WE are the only reason this washed up ex football player who would not even be remembered is getting any headlines. Hutcherson is and always will be the gay mans bitch

exactly, hutcherson NEEDS the gays to exist. if they did not exist...he would get no newspaper coverage, no tv coverage and no internet coverage. this third rate football player got less coverage playing ball than he does talking about gays. So, I dont get mad when hutcherson preaches against gays. I feel powerful knowing that I am so great that ex third rate celebrities are threatened by my existence. A FOOTBALL player is threatened by me! so preach on hutcherson...you are just making yourself look like a pussy. You are a 300 pound ball player who is afraid of me....HA HA HA HA...fucking pussy
