Chow Northwest Fish & Chips: A Correction
posted by November 13 at 14:31 PM
onIn last week’s <10: Good Grub Under Ten Bucks, columnist Sage Van Wing praised Northwest Fish & Chips for its “starch and protein, lovingly fried in glowing trans fats [that] will fill you up nearly as quickly and cheaply as PBR through a funnel.”
Unfortunately, as NWF&C honcho Dhiresh Tewari informed me in a very polite email, Northwest Fish & Chips involve zero trans-fat. Apologies to Mr. Tewari, congratulations to his fish and chips.

Don't you think you should immediately remove that reference from your website?
Ouch. Did he just...assume? Wouldn't you ask that if you couldn't find 'no trans fat' labeled anywhere on the menu or 5,000 locations/ways restaurants use to disclose that info?
Fuck it then. If it does not have Trans-Fat then I want nothing to do with it.
I thought everyone had to go zero trans fat.
Fish is murder.
Not if it's salmon.
It tastes great but the salt will dry your ass up. Also, while plentiful, the plates leave me wanting once clean.
I see an image of Pope John Paul II !!
