You'd get more people to click on the snake-oil story if you mentioned the guy's a transsexual -- breasts, still apparently has a dick, lives as a woman, but has a wife and son. A very freaky-looking trans, who performs as a female rock star in Hungary.

In early '06, my landlord defaulted and skipped town. It worked out for me, though, because I lived in the house for three months until the utilities (not in my name) were shut off, without paying a dime. About that same time, the bank started issuing documents to the house that led me to believe it was time to peace-out. Then I bought a cheap house from some dumb bastard with 40000 in credit card debt who had to sell fast to allay creditors. Who says America's debt obsession is such a bad thing? I benefited quite nicely from other peoples' misfortune!
