Former Preznit George H.W. Bush went skydiving the other day. Tragically, the parachute opened, and just when we thought at least one of the Bushes might get what's coming to them.

Record-high gas prices are good, but do you know whether the real price of gasoline has gone up significantly?

I paid $3.35/gal for gas yesterday right where Broadway and 10th split... it was that or pay $3.35/gal for gas over at Broadway and Pike. My modus operandi is, I only put $15 in every two weeks. That usually gets me everywhere I need to go, and if it doesn't, then for awhile I stop going places I would have to drive to.

When I heard someone jumped off the I-5 overpass on Pike/Pine, I was hoping it was GWB.

Darn.

Fnarf is right, we are not paying the highest gas prices ever (when you adjust for inflation)

Frankly, gas should be at least $6.00 a gallon, ($15.00 a gallon if it is going into an SUV)
