I was raised near Spokane and it made me gay too.

This is too delicious. Richard Curtis is a rough, tough former fire fighter, has facist tendencies, is a bigot and generally obnoxious.

Gay repiblicans: SIX MONTH MORATORIUM ON HOOKERS AND PUBLIC SEX. Thank you.

I wish we'd get some of these closeted Republican gays outed here in MI. The best we can do is get a married Republican Attorney General who used slurs about gay marriage against his opponent the entire time he was screwing his secretary. I bet my existence made him do it. Good times, these.

Should be fun to watch all the Repub closet cases next September when they're here in MN for their convention.

If that hustler had any brains he would have outed rather that blackmailed him. Then he could have become a media sensation, upped his prices and got the hell out of Spokane.

Mmm, I like these much better than the "Every Child Deserves a Mother and a Father" posts.

Hmmm...I've only been to Spokane once, and I was rip roaring drunk, half a bottle of tequila drunk at the time, but I had a fantastic time at their tiny gay club. It was also the night I realized I'd marry my husband, and I drunkenly called everyone I knew to tell them so.

You gotta feel for Larry Flynt. He puts up all this money to expose the affairs of all the Congresscritters, and all the mistresses turn out to be misters. I doubt many Hustler readers want to see pics of Dick's tricks.

Spokane is hot, hot for the skilled cruiser. Nice small town guys come there every weekend looking for action.

It is the center for a 100 mile radius, fiscal, medical and night life.

And there have always been a couple of bars as well. Cold beers in the cooler, a toke or two and a place to go, let the party roll.
Those were the days, as they say.

You want to know which male hooker in Spokane diddled the republican? Just check out Craig's list and email all, what, 2-3 of them "Did you do the repukelican legislator?"

And check out the candidate the Democrats have lined up to run against Curtis.

On the form, Duplessie said she supported abstinence-only education, opposed dispensing contraceptives on school property and opposed abortion except to save the life of the mother or in cases of rape or incest.

She also said she favored the teaching of "intelligent design theory," which holds that only an intelligent force could have designed the universe. The theory, advanced by a Seattle-based think tank called the Discovery Institute, is used by some creationists to argue against the theory of evolution.

In an interview, Duplessie described herself as "pro-choice," but added, "I believe there are certain shades of gray."

"When I filed out the questionnaire, I did my best to be honest," she added. But the form had no space where she could explain her answers.

"I stand by a lot of things I said, but I didn't know that much about intelligent design," she said.

All kind of interesting, huh? Sure is weird that an apparently pro-ID person has filed as a Democrat against Curtis. What are the odds?

Maybe there is something in Spokane. I came out at Fairchild AFB way back in 1980. The guys from Montana always had a good time in town. Maybe people like Jim West and Richard Curtis think no one knows about Spokane so it doesn't matter who or what they do in the little town out on the eastern end of Washington State.

I echo that. I think it was Expo '74 and those amazing Belgian Waffles at that fair that made me gay. Oh, that and the hotties in my preschool. Ah, the formative years.
