AA is a religion. It is as wrong to force a person to join AA as it would be to mandate that you go to mass. The success rate for AA'ers being sober after a hear is exactly the same as those who quit on their own. About 5% to 10%.

Your link regarding Blackwater indicates that they are among a group of 5 competing for the contract, not that they have been awarded it.

Hartwig said the other participating vendors are defense giants Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Raytheon, and security contractor Blackwater USA. Blackwater confirmed its participation, but the other vendors did not respond to inquiries.

They are clearly participating in the BIDDING process.
