Board spokesman John Cottreau said today there has been no suggestion that crew members were high when the Queen of the North slammed into an island and sank in March 2006, but investigators were told pot use was not uncommon between shifts, on board as well as off the vessel. The government's right to be concerned. This is exactly how Gilligan crashed that damn boat.... I thought maybe that was one of the reasons the BC Ferries are so much better ... guess I'll have to find some other explanation.

When I worked on the ferry nobody, I say nobody smoked pot on shift, nor came to work high. Not a big deal.

This has nothing to do with stoner ferry operators, of course, but dang if that wasn't a tiny bit of paradise...
