Farro isn't an Italian barley. It's an Italian wheat. And it is delicious.

I heard rave reviews (admittedly from Erin, the owner) of the Skillet's outing to the Bottleneck Lounge (a bar little bigger than the Skillet) last Saturday. Both businesses had a record-breaking evening.

So so so good! The burger would have been a hot deal at twice the price and the fries were delicious. Super cool!
