Jesus titty-fucking Christ, that sounds good!
Farro isn't an Italian barley. It's an Italian wheat. And it is delicious.
Did someone say bacon jam?
Skillet is the new Cafe Presse!
I heard rave reviews (admittedly from Erin, the owner) of the Skillet's outing to the Bottleneck Lounge (a bar little bigger than the Skillet) last Saturday. Both businesses had a record-breaking evening.
So so so good! The burger would have been a hot deal at twice the price and the fries were delicious. Super cool!
What's the deal with oats always being "steel cut" anyways? I remember as a kid it was always just "oatmeal". Is this the same marketing crap that changed "used" to "preowned?"
Is Skillet owned by the stranger or something?
