For an analysis of the Gov's race #'s. Bottom line: despite the top lines, Rossi's in deep shit.

RE the gov's polling #'rs:
If the voters do not get a wealth of access to facts about Dino then this race will again be close. I do not think this mistake will be made in 08. Also, these poll #'rs also reflect a general dissatisfaction with the job government in general is doing. As people are reeducated about which of governments shortcomings are federal government responsibilities, the numbers will go up for the Gov. Finally, once the Gov shifts into campaign mode and the huge achievements she has made are brought into view, her #'rs will go up.
