Feh, my mom managed that more than 40 years ago...

At least we know the courts aren't completely one-sided in custody disputes... that is, if the mother is a train wreck on the scale of Britney.

A world where K-Fed is a better parent than Brittney.... A world where K-Fed is a better parent than anyone......

I am going to go puke. BTW, this is further proof people need a license to pro-create.

Well, you can't say that she didn't work really hard at it. I mean, being told she'd be tested twice weekly for drugs and partying the very night she's warned takes some real effort.

Defamer's headline was the best...

BRITNEY SPEARS LOSES KIDS -- TO FEDERLINE, NOT SHOE SHOPPING AT THE MALL.

In the real world this isn't news.

3: Procreate doesn't require a hyphen and makes no sense when a hyphen is present. That is all.

Wow...I wonder if this is going to cause any psychological trauma. I mean, this could take its toll and send her over the edge! She could just go crazy...oh, wait...she did that. That's why she lost the kids in the first place. Ditto to Will @ 6. Come back to the real world...*ALL* of you, not just Brit.

You're right Charles, a woman does have to work hard for that to happen. And she's worked really hard and is getting what she deserves.

@7, you can SUCK IT!!!

Wow.

You know those kids have a supremely fucked up childhood ahead of them when an actual live judge rules that Kevin Federline is the most fit of the two parents. I mean, if all she had to do was prove she was a better parent than K-Fed, that's really a pretty low bar to hurdle, isn't it?

This pathetic drama should end for all time the notion that every child needs a mother and a father.

Is it because Brit wouldn't take them to football games?

On a related note, that picture makes me cringe for her low back. HYPER-LORDOSIS!! Maybe she could argue she has a disability or something and THAT'S why she's such a bad parent. And then her doctor could prescribe her some massage which her insurance company would then have to pay for. At least then she'd get some relief for her paaaaiiiiiin.

This sounds like something Dan would like to write about in "Every kid deserves..."

@11 that would have been funny if the CA dollar wasnt as strong as the US. $12.50 (u.s.)= $12.41 CA.

What kind of dumb shit do you have to get up to in order to make the court system decide that your kids are better off with KEVIN FEDERLINE?

Apparently: party, feed the kids soda constantly, meth with Howie Day, forget your underwear, not get a license in the state you're a resident in.....

What sucks is that there are other mothers being worse mothers who still have their kids.

@17... K-Fed knows it's much better to be holding Canadian dollars than US Dollars these days... that's why he's smart/getting the kiddos.

carollani - i'm pro-create, aren't you? it does kind of make sense as a hyphenated term, but only with a little poetic license.

i can hear you rolling your eyes as i type this.

If he tries to teach his kids to rap, give 'em back to Brit.
