Mitt Romney is a Huge Gaping Asshole

posted by on October 9 at 10:00 AM

Gape in awe as the Mormon asswipe walks away from a medical marijuana patient and refuses to answer his question: would Romney have him arrested for using medical marijuana on the advice of his doctors? The answer would appear to be “yes,” but Romney can’t bring himself to say the word.

What. An. Asshole.

Classic Romney. That's why he is the politician to watch out for in 08.

McCain and Giuliani basically do the same thing:

Granite Staters For Medical Marijuana have been doing a good job of keeping the pressure on the candidates.

How are these people our PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES? Anybody who likes these people are assholes.

Romney's a dickweed, for sure, but I love the guys asking about it after Romney walks away from the patient.
"Are you just going to ignore a guy in a wheelchair?"
OH, he's in a wheelchair?! Shit, I thought he was just sitting down. Let me get right back there! Is it too much if I sit in his lap?

That's the compassion level of these religious political ass holes. A freakin toke will help the man but nooooo, that's wrong. why? Who is he harming in anyway?

Ah, come on Dan, let's be accurate here. Romney isn't just a gaping asshole - he's a lying, two-faced, cannot-be-trusted, controlled-by-a-dangerous-cult gaping asshole.

And as such, he'll probably be our next president.

hmmm, they had me in their corner right up until they said "you're going to just ignore a person in a wheelchair?" kind of a dick move. a cheap, gratuitous one at that.

but mitt romney's still a much bigger dick. this is not news.

Ahh, Providence at 8 said it well.

I can't believe this guy hasn't been laughed off the campaign already. Just the fact that he's still in the running makes me ill.

Boy, first his god flip-flops on plural marriage, then he flip-flops on gay rights, and now this.

Clearly this is God's way of saying "There never were any golden plates, you fucking idiots."

My stomache is feeling sick, sick, sick after watching this guy.

1. Can governors/presidents arrest people?
2. Yeah, the thing about, "your going to ignore a guy in a wheelchair?" was kind of cheap.
3. Sure he's an asshole.
4. I wonder what the democratic nominees would have said?

@16 -
1) Governors/Presidents are the chief executives and can instruct the AG/FBI/State Police (within certain limits, depending on the state).
2) Yep, it was cheap.
3) Yep, he's an asshole (see #8 for elaboration).
4) It would depend on the nominee. I'd be willing to bet BO would say "I support medical marijuana initiatives" and HRC would find a way of just not answering the question. An interesting question though....

In case any Slogger ever gets close enough to Mitt the Shit to violate his personal space, here's a little inside dope (Ha!) that may get you arrested, but will provide immediate gratification:

There's a little button that closes the butt flap of what's been referred to as the "magic" underwear elsewhere. A firm grasp and strong yank will yield an exquisite wedgie of eternal proportions.

#18 - Please do a little bit of research

Hillary Clinton has responded (about a month ago) in an open meeting on live TV, etc. - that she supports medical use of marijuana and as prez would seek reform of the laws.

Oh, I forgot, the greens told you there is no difference.

Surprised all the posters so intent on telling us how they don't like Cold Hearted Mitt did not mention the Dems OK with medical mary jane.

Where oh where is Domenic? He is resident expert on such things.

The wheelchair comment was gratuitous, in my opinion. It's an honest fact. He walked away from a kid who' so sick he can't get around under his own power anymore. These guys wanna pull the compassion pro life party capes around themselves, they should expect to be challenged on it. I seem to remember Jesus talking some about giving comfort to the sick, back when I was in religious ed.

for everyone saying that the "wheelchair" comment was cheap i have to disagree. it's not like the kid can wheel himself after romney to continue the conversation, the kid is stuck and romney is running away without the guts to answer his question to his face. so is he an asshole? yeah, duh. but i think what is more at issue is that he is clearly a coward as well.

i'm sorry, did i say coward? what i meant was a shit faced, baby dicked coward.

In the past week the deaths of Spc. Vincent G. Kamka, 23, and Lance Cpl. Jeremy Burris, 22, marked the 100th and 101rst Washington state related deaths in the Bush/Savage war on Iraq.

Excerpt from "Say Yes To War" by Dan Savage October 2002:

In the meantime, invading and rebuilding Iraq will not only free the Iraqi people, it will also make the Saudis aware of the consequences they face if they continue to oppress their own people while exporting terrorism and terrorists. The War on Iraq will make it clear to our friends and enemies in the Middle East (and elsewhere) that we mean business: Free your people, reform your societies, liberalize, and democratize... or we're going to come over there, remove you from power, free your people, and reform your societies for ourselves.

16 --
The Feds have been raiding & arresting people at medical marijuana dispensaries in California and Nevada. The president does have the power to stop this and several democratic candidates have already promised that they will stop it if elected.
