Kucinich on WWIII, and The Stranger on Kucinich

posted by on October 18 at 10:45 AM

I was gone last week, so I didn’t have a chance to post this Kucinich feature, which ran in the Oct. 11 Stranger.

Meanwhile, this morning Kucinich has a few things to say about Bush’s recent WWIII comments. From a Kucinich press release:

“The White House rodeo cowboy has gone dangerously too far and precipitously too close to igniting the war he claims to be trying to avoid,” Ohio Congressman and Democratic presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich said today. “You can worry about the Apocalypse, or, you can ensure it.”

“You can worry about the Apocalypse, or, you can ensure it.”

Or, third option, you can insure it. Which doesn't mean you stop worrying about it, but at least if it's broken or lost you'll be able to buy a new one.

I don't know, Judah... I think the apocalypse could fall through the cracks with this S-chip veto.

Kucinich. We kind of have to care about what our moron President says.

I think GWB got served far more by President Putin of Russia, who basically told him to back off on his threats to Iran.

I was so pleased with last week's Stranger piece on Denny K- it allows me to ignore him for the rest of time with no guilt whatsoever. Thanks, Stranger!

That cartoon looks nothing like Kucinich. I mean, not even in the ballpark.

Wow, Seven Stories Press is printing Dan and Josh’s book on presidential candidates. Not bad, Seven Stories also printed the Zinn Reader. Seven Stories under new ownership nowadays? Anyway, after reading this article last week, and I was like “FLAME ON!” You prissy, cunt, white ass faggots. I could care less that Kucinich is short. I know his sincerity is laughable, especially when it comes to peace, the environment, and human rights. How ridicules to even try, he must be an ego-maniacal asshole.(He is not a real Democrat.) By the by, neat trick belittling his foresight in apposing the war, and you advocacy of it as well. Ha, Ha, I said little, you know, like Kucinich. But, you know after reading your article Dan and Josh, I have decided to abandoned any progressive pretense, as well as my un-rational wish for the Iraq war to end, and just vote for Hillary Clinton.

Congrats.

Sincerely
