I've got a friend who lives there, and yah, it's a fucking ghost town. Kinda spooky when you walk around in it.

I guess it just fits well with the Halloween theme.

Takes some real sotnes to make a uniformity defiant display like that in Seattle. Surprised the cops haven't been called and an I, Anonymous published about it.

I guess that building was being converted to condos.

Now there's a land use sign up for a six story building. Sorry for your friend, he/she is going to have to move.

When I lived in the UD, I had a neighbor across the alley who had a headless mannequin he would dress up to suit his mood. And sometimes there would be props!

The unit directly to the right of it is occupied. Before the decorations went up the only plainly visible one was the massive skull, not yet attached to the body. It was directly next to the wall, and on the other side were two women having a casual conversation. It cracked my shit up.
