@7 - If you read carefully you'll see that both the alleged victim and the alleged perp were 13 at the time of the offense. Even in US law, that wouldn't qualify as "molesting a child" (which is a crime committed by an adult against a minor, regardless of consensuality).

Absent any further details, it sounds like two horny kids messing around...much like previous cases whcih resulted in executions.
