Gregoire has stuck her neck out in support of Roads & Transit. Why should we give Rossi the luxury of crafting his campaign theme capitalizing on this issue only after the voters have spoken? I'm sure he'll have plenty of 20/20 hindsight, as long as he can get away with it.
