"What is the best cut of human meat? Why is science anti brain eating?"

of course the notion of best cut is pretty subjective. some prefer loin and others glut or pecs, and the method of cooking your choice also influences outcome, a spice rub on a filet of breast, over cedar coals is a fave, but I've also had good results with a sea-salt brined glut-roast, braised in sherry, aromatics and stock.

about science and brains, well the science is pretty convincing, but the aestetics(a chewey texture, worse than calimari) and slightly pungent flavor make brains a dish better for those that genuinely appreciate them.

hope this helps.

@5...no the commoners did not take part in this at all. the 'war of the flowers' was conducted between mexica city states to provide men for the sacrifices...it was considered a good way to go. the sacrifice would spend a year with a host family before their date with destiny.
